Optimization of the terminal operating mode during the formation of a container block train

Currently, container shipping plays an important role in international logistics. Terminals handle containers between different modes of transport and are a key element supply chains. The quality services, general, depends on the technical technological parameters terminals. At same time, task is to optimize operating mode terminal reduce logistics costs. This article presents results study traffic flows terminals adjacent Tashkent regional railway junction stations, obtained based timing observations unloading arriving at by road for shipment trains. Based these observations, regularities distribution probabilities arrival time servicing vehicles gantry crane were established. With help established patterns, main indicators selected that characterize functioning. A mathematical model has been developed algorithm finding optimal when forming block train. As calculations have shown, volume costs operation type quantity used handling equipment number fitting wagons loading routes.
